We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused IT Business Analyst to assist in evaluating, documenting, and delivering IT solutions that meet organizational objectives.

This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, support system assessments, and help ensure the effective execution of technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, assess, and document both business and technical requirements from key stakeholders
• Convert business requirements into structured functional specifications and proposed solutions
• Review current systems, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement
• Collaborate with IT teams, external partners, and business units throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to testing processes, including validation and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, use cases, and user manuals
• Track project timelines, assist with reporting, and help manage risks and issues
• Provide support during implementation and after system rollout

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT business analysis or a similar role
• Familiarity with ERP environments (experience in ERP-related projects will be considered an advantage)
• Exposure to enterprise-level systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Professional integrity aligned with the organization’s core values
