We’re are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Solutions Analyst / Consultant to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients.

In this role, you will act as a key link between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements and proposing effective approaches
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Conduct and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and clarity
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications (BRDs/FRDs)
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and business models to support optimization initiatives
• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for decision-making
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation (BRDs, FRDs)
• Proven ability to map, analyze, and optimize business processes
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to work with and interpret data using SQL or similar querying languages (preferred)
• Familiarity with data modeling, KPI tracking, and reporting practices
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders effectively
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
