We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst with experience in systems’ Integrations & Interoperability to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients.

The Technical Analyst will play a key role in the business and technical analysis of required integrations between information systems and third-party systems and applications.

This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical understanding to ensure the accurate capture of interoperability requirements and their translation into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and development teams, ensuring that integration requirements are clearly understood, well-documented, and feasible to implement.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in meetings with business stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements related to system integrations and interoperability.
• Analyze and document business requirements related to data exchange, information flows, integration points, and system dependencies.
• Understand the technical aspects of each integration, including APIs, web services, file exchanges, data formats, authentication mechanisms, security rules, and synchronization requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Produce and maintain relevant documentation, such as business requirements, functional specifications, interface specifications, use cases, process flows, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, analysts, testers, and project managers to ensure proper implementation of integration requirements.
• Support development teams in understanding business scenarios and technical dependencies.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of interoperability testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar positions in IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and documenting system integrations and interoperability between information systems.
• Solid understanding of system integration principles and interoperability technologies (APIs, REST/SOAP services, XML/JSON, message exchange, data mappings).
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear deliverables.
• Proven use of AI tools to enhance productivity and improve deliverable quality.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Very good command of Greek (both written and spoken).
