We are currently seeking a talented SharePoint Administrator on behalf of a major European Union Agency.

 

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Working model: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services
  • Maintenance of SharePoint servers
  • Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development)
  • Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
  • Architecting long-term changes to the SharePoint platforms
  • Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
  • Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view
  • Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of SharePoint platforms according to the need of the project
  • Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers
  • Maintenance of system documentation
  • Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
  • Reporting on activities
  • Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position
  • Proficiency with the ShareGate Migration Tool
  • Experience installing and administering Netcompany’s GetOrganized ECM
  • Experience deploying .sppkg files to the App Catalog
  • Strong understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0 authentication flows
  • Competence in managing SSL certificates and metadata exchange between the Service Provider and the Identity Provider
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes
  • Hands-on experience in working with Active directory tiering model
  • Experience in woking in Restricted environments;
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent
  • Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
  • Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or equivalent
  • Excellent practical knowledge of SharePoint technology
  • Practical experience with other SharePoint related technologies
  • Practical experience in deployment and maintenance of IIS based solutions
  • Experience in administration of complex SharePoint farms deployed in distributed environments
  • Expert in optimizing, tuning and planning capacity of SharePoint farms
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 platform including SharePoint Online, OneDrive and MS Teams, Azure AD, and Azure logic apps and Exchange ecosystem
  • Experience in building Hybrid solutions with O365 services (especially SharePoint Hybrid)
  • Experience in SharePoint patch management
  • Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
  • Basic Knowledge in administering other Microsoft systems
  • Very good knowledge of the English language (B2)
