We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team remotely and support the development of high-performance business intelligence and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build advanced filtering, slicing, and drill-down functionalities.
• Optimize dashboard performance for large datasets (50,000+ records).
• Develop robust data models using star and snowflake schema principles.
• Create and optimize DAX measures, KPIs, and calculations.
• Work with SQL and relational databases to prepare performant datasets.
• Collaborate with backend and business teams on data integration and reporting requirements.
• Document dashboards, data models, and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting solution development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • DAX
  • SQL
  • Data modelling
  • Power BI optimization techniques
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Education

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
