We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of business process automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver and optimize high-quality workflow applications and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions using IBM BAW
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and support workflows, services, and system integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications
• Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (IBM BAW)
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation processes
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, and web services
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex applications
• Strong English communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBM BPM or migration projects to IBM BAW
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Git or other version control tools
