We are looking for an experienced IAM Administrator / Identity & Access Management Specialist to join our team and support enterprise identity services, access governance, and secure authentication environments. This is an On-Site project in Warsaw for a EU Institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and IAM services.
- Provide 2nd line support for IAM, identity systems, and federation services.
- Manage user access administration and identity lifecycle processes (JML).
- Configure and operate Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Implement and support MFA, Conditional Access, and secure identity controls.
- Support and troubleshoot SSO and federation integrations (SAML v2, WS-Fed, OAuth, WS-*).
- Perform IAM incident, change, and problem management activities in line with ITIL processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams to resolve authentication and access issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 4+ years in a similar IAM role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Active Directory / ADFS / LDAP
- Azure MFA
- Experience with federation and sign-in protocols:
- SAML v2
- WS-Fed
- OAuth
- WS-*
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Very good command of English (B2 or higher).

- CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
